The Fast Days information noted in the Service Schedule Calendar is taken from the 2008 Orthodox Calendar issued by the Fund for Assistance to the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR).

1- Strict Fast: NO meat, milk products, fish, oil (incl. vegetable oil), wine.

2- Fast: Only wine and oil are permitted.

3-Fast (*): Wine, oil and fish permitted.
